Description(Land conveyed includes a moiety of a messuage and half-yardland in Upton Moyles, Blewbury; two acres of arable land called Newland at Whitestone, on the road from Blewbury to Abingdon, in East Hagbourne; a messuage in Hagbourne; and four and a half acres of arable land in the common fields of North Moreton, 1694; and a capital messuage called Quernells, Querners or Turners, adjoining orchard with a tenement in the orchard, and garden, in Basildon; a messuage, garden and orchard in Basildon Thrup, with a piddle of land called Thrupp Piddle; a barn, heretofore a tenement called Golds, and orchard; 70 acres of arable land, 20 acres of pasture; 5 acres of meadow and 2 acres of wood; all in Basildon, 1729-1744.)
