Description1. c.1290.
Philip de Camera [of Chamberhouse?] of Thatcham, with consent of his wife Joan, to John de Windgate of Newbury, chaplain.
Grant in fee for a rent of 1d. Meadow, with ingress and egress, between the meadow of Sir Ralph de Greynham [Greenham] on the west and the croft called Le Horncroft on the east, extending from north to south from the meadow of William of Pangbourne ('de Pangkebourne') to the way leading from the meadow of Sir Ralph de Greynham in Thatcham.
Witnesses: Adam de Buslesham, bailiff of Thatcham, William de la Wate, Richard de la Hammulle [of Ham Mill], Peter de la Berne, John Frewyne, William de Pangkeburne, John Alexander, William de Bruer', clerk, Thomas Boton, Roger Pinkeme, William Waltepayn, William le Hert, Thomas Edgar, and clerk.

Peter de Quercus [of the oak], son of Gervase de Quercus, to William Burred, son of John Burred.
Grant for rent of 2d at Michaelmas, and fine of 34s sterling.
2 a. land, one called Ryshamesacre, lying between the highway and the land which was William de la Bure's, and the other in the field called Mulesfield, lying between the land which was John de la Windyete's, extending to the headland at Sunhened, in Thatcham.

Grant of property in 2, plus two other acres, one called La Brechescare, lying between the land which was John Burred's, on the north part of La Estgrave, and the other of Peter de Quercus's 'better land' ('de meliora terra mea'), all in Thatcham.

4. Thatcham, 25 May 1309.
Roger atte Combe, son of Roger atte Combe, clerk, to William de la Hath and his wife Joan, all of Thatcham.
Grant in fee of 1 a. in Le Worthy called le Litelaker, between the land of William Semblant on both sides, extending from the head of half an acre foremrly of Semblant on the east to half an acre formerly of John Borred on the west.

Alice Knightis to Richard Berrerd and his wife Alice.
Quitclaim of 1 a. arable land with a curtilage, between the land of Roger de la Combe on the west and Alice Knightis's land on the east.

6. Thatcham, 30 June 1314.
Roger de la Combe of Thatcham to Jordan de Lovelynch.
Grant in fee for 8 marks sterling as a fine.
A garden, curtilage and a croft on the south of the curtilage and in length against Roger's garden on the east, on the west between the way leading to Le Quonhamene and Roger's door with the oak tree, and a meado of Roger's lying between the said croft on the east and the mead of Robert le Clothmonger of Wantage on the west, once of the tenement of Philip de Camera in Thatcham, and the rent of a silver penny at Michaelmas from John Meriot for a pece of land in the said garden.

Grant for 10 marks sterling.
House and land with common of pasture, which Roger, his wife Felicia, and son Roger bought from Philip de Camera as a garden, curtilage, croft and pasture, lying next to the said pasture on the east and the meadow of Robert le Clothmonger of Wantage on the est; also a rent of 1d at Michaelmas for land in the garden from John Meriot; in Thatcham.

Piece of pasture called Le Quonham between land of Robert Cokerel of Wantage on the east and land of a certain Godekyn on the west; also pasture for one ox in le Quonham, between land of William Stokebarred on the east and land of Godekyn on the west, extending from land formerly of Philip de Camera on the north to land of Richard Berrerd on the south.
