Admin HistoryThe National Farmers' Union was founded in 1908 to represent the interests of British farmers. The Berkshire Branch was formed in 1917, although no records survive before 1920. The Berkshire branch merged with Oxfordshire on 1 January 1971, and then with Buckinghamshire [some time between 1987 and 1991].
