| Admin History | Gordon Spring was a chartered civil engineer. He was born in Exeter in 1904, and moved to Reading with his family in c. 1911. He was a Chartered Civil Engineer employed in Reading Borough Surveyor's Department, 1923-1967, and most of the plans included here relate to projects carried out under the auspices of Reading Borough Council. He died in 2001. |
