TitleThe Warren, Caversham Heights and Priest Hill estates
DescriptionThe Warren and Caversham Heights belonged to Edwin Jesse from c.1896. By 1903 he was living at Avenue House, Upper Warren Avenue, Mapledurham, which was built for him. The Warren Estate was formerly part of the Mapledurham Estate. It included property in Chazey Road and River Road, Caversham, and was purchased in 1896. Caversham Heights Estate was sold off sooner. It included Highmoor Road, St Andrew's Road, Albert Road, Darell Road, and parts of other roads. Priest Hill Estate, also in Caversham, was acquired by 1898. It comprised most of Blenheim Road and adjacent parts of Oakley Road and Hemdean Road, and adjoined Caversham Cemetery. All seem to have been managed more or less together.
