| Description | [The Rose Hill or Rosehill estate in Emmer Green area of Caversham was developed c.1914-1920. It included Caversham Golf Club and land adjoining St Barnabas' Church. It appears to have been on land formerly occupied as Grove Farm. St Barnabas' Church had been built on part of the estate, 1897, by the gift of its previous owner Keith R Mackenzie. E J S Jesse purchased it in c.1907.] |
