Admin HistoryThe Hurst Conservative and Unionist Association appears to have been formed in 1906, as a subsidiary body of the East Berkshire Conservative and Unionist Association. It later became part of the Wokingham Division Conservative Association. It did not accept female members until 1918, when a separate women's (or ladies') branch was established. This was amalgamated with the main Association in 1929.
