| Admin History | Kathleen Alice Mary Weston (née Barnes) was born on 28 October 1922 in Hungerford Newtown before her family relocated to Cholsey. After leaving school, Kathleen went into service, and in the 1939 Register she is listed as a housemaid in Wallingford. During the Second World War, she worked in a munitions depot at Milton. She married Richard Weston on 8 May 1943. Her main work was as a dressmaker which she continued to do from home until late in life. She died on 7 October 2015. |
