Admin HistoryIn 1954 Slough Central Hall (D/MS 69) agreed to sponsor Methodist work in Britwell, to serve a major new housing development, and in 1956 a deaconess opened a Sunday School in a workmen's canteen. Worship began in 1958, in the deaconess' council flat.

The church, in Wentworth Avenue, Britwell, opened in 1961. It closed in 1979.
