Admin History | The Primitive Methodists began to meet in Leckhampstead in 1813, when a private house was registered for worship. A chapel was built in 1825, and a new chapel in 1874. The trust was united with that for Brightwalton Methodist Church in 1963. Brightwalton Church closed in 1994, and the old chapel was sold in 1997. The two societies were then united as Thicket Methodist Church. The church closed in 2010. |
