| Admin History | Sunningwell and Radley Nursing Association was formed in 1923 to serve the parishes of Radley and Sunningwell, excluding Thrupp. In 1924 the area expanded to include Kennington, and the Association was renamed the Sunningwell, Radley and Kennington Nursing Association in 1925. In 1928 it amalgamated with Wootton Nursing Association to form Bagley Wood District Nursing Association. The Association was dissolved following the establishment of the National Health Service in 1948, and the assets sold to Berkshire County Council. |
