Grant by John Buck, son and heir of the late William Buck of Reading, deceased, to Robert Style and Richard Smyth, gentleman, Robert Benett and John Payne, of a tenement and garden on the north side of Castle Street, Reading, situated between the tenement of Thomas Mody on the east and the tenement of the aforementioned Robert Style on the west, which JB inherited on the death of his father. With letters of attorney to Thomas Everard to deliver seisin.
