TitleCorrespondence and accounts with Elisha J Hunt concerning the houses.
Description(In a letter of 15 January 1890 Hunt notes that the houses were hard to let, as 'the poor people can't get food to eat and it is quite impossible for them to pay the rent'. In a letter of 11 March 1896 he states, 'I am afraid the cottages are a bad speculation. I think there seems to be a better tone about property this year, but these cottages are very small and was [sic] so very badly built that there is always something wanting to be done'. Bundle includes rent collection accounts (naming tenants), November-December 1891 and September and December 1895.)
